EDITING, MIXING, VOICE OVER, & PODCASTING
The 2,900 SF tenant improvement project included six rooms for audio editing and mixing, constructed to provide a high degree of sound isolation from the surrounding office environment. This is achieved through double stud walls, vibration isolation, heavy mass, and sound absorption. The rooms can also accommodate podcasting and audio recording.

HIGH PERFORMANCE AUDIO
The completed rooms met the requirements of ITU-R BS.1116-1 (1994-1997), Annex 1, sections 8.2.2.2 (room symmetry), 8.2.3.1 (reverberation time) and 8.3.3 (reflected sounds).
